The Voltage SecureMail Client enables users to send secure
email like standard email, with no additional steps
required. Voltage SecureMail Client places a “Send Secure”
button in Microsoft Outlook and an “Encrypt” checkbox in
Lotus Notes, so they appear as standard options on the
user’s email client. No unique interfaces or special steps
are required. Using the Voltage SecureMail Client, any
secure messages that arrive in the user’s inbox can be
viewed offline as well as online, so employees who travel
can remain in contact, without sacrificing the security of
their communications.
Sending a secure
message does not require any additional steps. Simple click
the "Send Secure" instead of the "Send" button.
